    Excludes gas cookers. Mandatory under 2022 amendment.

  • Keys and security devices provided to all tenants

    Log serial numbers where applicable.

  • Right to Rent checks performed for all occupiers

    £10,000 civil penalty per breach (post-2024 rules).
